Frequently asked questions

When can I schedule a class?

It depends on where you are located. If, for example, you live in Los Angeles, there's usually a 9 hour time difference, so it's easier to schedule classes in the morning (7am-12pm your time).

What material will we be covering?

If you're starting from scratch, I have a lesson plan ready that mixes all of the different aspects of the language: speaking, reading, oral comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, expressions, etc. If you are an intermediate or an advanced student, we will focus on filling the gaps while practicing what you already know. In any case, I will tailor the class according to your needs and goals.

Will I need a textbook?

In most cases, yes. Depending on your level and goal, I will recommend a textbook that you will be able to buy online. There's no need to get the textbook before our first class.

How do I pay?

I accept payment via Venmo or PayPal.

How many weekly classes should I take?

The faster you want to learn, the more time you need to dedicate to it. If you have short-term goals that require a lot of progress quickly, up to 3 classes a week (or more) can be very helpful. However, in most cases I meet with my students for one hour once or twice a week.
